Lauren Erickson brings over 15 years of experience in the fire protection industry. Throughout her career, she has gained hands-on expertise in every aspect of the business, including warehouse operations, office administration, field service, management, and sales. With a strong commitment to customer service, safety, and industry excellence, Lauren founded Iowa Elite Fire and Safety—a locally owned, woman-owned company dedicated to providing reliable, professional fire protection services to businesses throughout Iowa.
